Stockport County do not accept speculative applications and CVs, all applications must be submitted through our Careers website.

  • Yes. Once you have registered for an account on the Aston Villa Football Club Careers website and applied for your first job, you will, in future, be able to log into your account and the system will automatically populate any new application forms with the information provided on your previous application form. You can then edit this information to apply for any other available jobs you are interested in.
  • We encourage each application to be specific and tailored to each job you apply for so you can demonstrate how you meet the job requirements.

Yes. There is a document upload section as part of the application form where you will be able to upload word documents or PDF documents.

Once you have submitted your application, you should receive an automatic email from the system confirming that your application has been submitted. If you have not received this, please check your junk folder! If you have still not received the email, please contacts us and we will be able to confirm if your application has been received.

As part of your application, you will be asked if you currently have the Right to Work in the UK. If you are successful in your application, it will be your responsibility to provide evidence of your Right to Work in the UK to the Club in line with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Further information can be found on the UK Gov Website. If you are successful in your application and you are from outside the UK, you may fall under the UK Points Based Immigration System. If this is the case, the Club will consider if the relevant criteria set by the Home Office can be met and if an application for a Certificate of Sponsorship can be supported. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we are unable to provide feedback if you have not been shortlisted for an interview.
